The schedule of events is as follows: 4:30–5:00 – Private Happy Hour and Networking (Table Sales and Early Admission Tickets Holders Only) 5:00–5:30 – Happy Hour 6:00–6:15 – President’s Welcome 6:15–7:00 – Dinner* 7:00-7:30 – Entertainment 7:30–7:45 – Honorees 7:45–8:00 – Friends of the New Castle Public Library – Friends of Year 8:00 – Thank You & Closing *If you require a gluten-free meal please select the beef plate and email events@ncdlc.org so your plate is entirely gluten-free. The gluten free option is beef kabobs, green beans, and salad.
