Library's Finest Gala Sponsorship

Sponsor the 2025 Library's Finest Gala being held at the Villa in New Castle on Friday, June 7, 2025, starting at 4:30 for early admission ticket holders with regular admission beginning at 5.

Support the New Castle Public Library as we honor community members who have played an active and integral role in raising money for its Inspire campaign to raise funds to re-imagine our Youth Services Department.

There are various tiers of sponsorship for the evening allowing you to show your support for the library and its mission of inspiring lifelong learning while fulfilling the educational, recreational, and informational needs of the community.

Centerpiece Sponsor - $250 minimum: One ticket to the event with early admission to private happy hour; Name and logo on all center pieces, agenda, presentation, welcome banner and annual magazine

Coffee Sponsor - $500 minimum: Two tickets to the event with early admission to private happy hour; Name and logo on signs at coffee table, agenda, presentation, welcome banner and annual magazine

Cookie Table Sponsor - $750 minimum: Half table (4 tickets) with early admission to private happy hour; Name and logo on signs at the cookie table, agenda, presentation, welcome banner, and annual magazine

Open Bar Sponsor - $1,000 minimum: Table of 8 with early admission to private happy hour; Mention throughout the evening; Name and logo on signs at the bar, agenda, presentation, welcome banner and annual magazine
